Rates and Booking Information

OUR RATES ARE FOR THE APARTMENT/FLAT NOT PER PERSON

Our rates are very reasonable and vary according to the number of people in the apartment. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The foreign currency exchange rates are based on the rate at August 2006.

The rates include electricity, water, cable television, bedding, towels and use of washing machine.

We do not accept bookings of longer than 8 weeks or extensions of bookings over 8 weeks. Our apartment is for holiday rentals to visitors to St Vincent only.

Booking Information

You can contact us via mail or by phone (+1 784 456 8229) to check availability or make a booking. We will phone you within 24 hours (time zones permitting) if you mail us your telephone number. We now have Skype so you can call me for free.

Booking Deposits

We do ask for a deposit of 1 week of the rent as a deposit when booking. We can discuss options for paying the deposit such as bank transfer to our account or by Western Union or similar. A booking will not be guaranteed without the deposit. We will refund your deposit in full if you cancel 60 days before the rental period with the exception of lettings in December and January when refunds will not be made because of the difficulty with flights at that time of year for late bookings

Terms & Conditions

We will email you a copy of our terms and conditions which you should confirm you accept and return to guarantee the booking. We have public liability insurance which means we must have a signed contract. The terms set out things such as what happens about breakages and damage and our obligations to you.

Settling the balance

The balance is settled either to our bank account in St Vincent via a bank transfer at least 14 days before you arrive or by cash in full on arrival. .
